My little boy loved it, we came for the Grand opening Saturday 9.30am.. was lovely, not to busy just enough children and adults without it looking to crowded which was great 👍 

The role play was fantastic, my boy loves the fire truck section! Outside was also good, love the idea of the sandpit being under the house 🏡 

Very good value for money, we also had a cheeky hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and some porridge which was lovely 😍 

The sensory room is gorgeous (even through my boy is 19months he still loves his lights) so a lovely chill room and the messy craft room is also such a treat for them :) 

 Lastly the staff wonderful no complaint at all! Such lovely girls.. the have done an absolutely amazing job, such a lovely edition to Ashby which we needed ... 

Can't wait to return for the opening of the soft play area! We are very excited for that part ..

We had a wonderful time at alert imagination!!! Can’t wait to return!
It was perfect for our 1 year old. There was an under the sea sensory room which he loved - the lights were very calming and the carpeted floor helped to make it feel cosy and homely.
We didn’t use the activity room just because there was paint out and we didn’t fancy getting in a mess, but they had provided bibs to keep clothes clean which is a lovely touch. 
Also noticed (although didn’t use) there were waterproofs for outside play, which again is a lovely added feature for parents who are potentially going out after the session and don’t want to factor in an entire outfit change. 
The different role play areas kept all the children busy - It was lovely to watch. 
Our little one loved walking around the different areas exploring - and the decor is beautiful and helps to keep them engaged.
The seating area for adults was cosy, but this wasn’t a problem, if anything it meant that people got talking to eachother which gave a nice community feel - But would probably suggest where possible to leave the pram at home just to help with this.

So nice to have this on the Ashby high-street! Would recommended to all our friends and can’t wait to make more memories there going forward.

We had a great time, the children especially loved the outdoor area. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and let the children do some painting even though it wasn't the activity that was out at the time.

We had a lovely visit to Alert Imagination and it certainly won’t be our last! My 5 year old had the best time playing in all the dress up sections. My 6 month old absolutely loved the relaxing sensory room. I loved the food menu- perfect for all the family including my 6 month old as they served a “weaning bowl” which was amazing. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Thank you!

We had the best time yesterday at alert imagination. It’s so clear how much hard work has gone into the place and it really is suitable for children all ages. The only suggestion would be either mats or stools for the garden area. There’s puddle suits for the children which is amazing, but the grass was wet so it made it difficult for the adults to sit on the floor to play with the little ones. Those little foam pads that are used for kneeling in the garden would be perfect! We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Lovely friendly place with lots to do for little children. My son really liked the outdoor area, he is 4. Cafe prices reasonable, my son enjoyed his picnic bag. Small but cute and plenty to entertain for two hours. We will be back.

A little slice of magic in Ashby. There is something for every child, whether that’s splashing around in the (amazing) mud kitchen, performing in the mini theatre or getting creative in the activity room. My girls loved every second and didn’t want to leave! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Such a lovely place, really well thought out with lots of added little extras that you don’t get in other places - it’s clearly ran by mums that just know! Brilliant! Only feedback I could provide bit cramped so would probably suggest smaller lengths of sessions perhaps an hour and less people per session on busier days. For £1 you really can't grumble the above is just feedback. My little girl has the time of her life!!! We will definitely be back.

Lovely little setup something our town needs, few little bits to maybe look at would be the outside area keeping it tidy with maybe clean water, I understand its difficult when you have a sand bit but I have a child who doesn't like dirt so we couldn't enjoy the water play. Also you have a pushchair but no dolls, another thing all children enjoy playing with, other than that its a great use of space. Will definitely visit again

Lovely little place. My daughter absolutely loved it. She went straight in and was lost in the wonder for 2 hours. Didn’t want to leave. Outside was great! Lovely staff so warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very accommodating and will definitely be back.

I visited with my two year old grandson yesterday and we had a lovely time. A huge amount of things for him to do, he really enjoyed himself and didn’t want to leave (he cried). The food was good and the staff were very friendly. If the space could be bigger it would be perfect, I’m sure you’d fill it. A welcome addition and much better than just soft play.

Wow came with my granddaughter for the first time 9.30/11.30 session. And we had a great time. There are lots of different activities for your little ones to do.The  staff are very friendly and helpful. Most definitely will be going back very soon

Amazing play centre and just what Ashby needed. Excited to see what else is to come including the soft play area. Would  be great if it was offered up as a party space or maybe even some baby / toddler classes. Fantastic food and drink offering and great use of all the space. Fantastic outdoor area and toilets etc. only small bit of feedback I would give is there were no dolls/babies to play with in the role play area but there was a pushchair and crib and a couple of other mums were looking for babies for their little ones to play with too. So these would be a great addition! And when we were outside we struggled to find clean water for the water play areas, which my toddler would of spent ages playing with. The tuff spot also got bogged down with lots of sand and so wasn’t much use to the other children who wanted to play. Obviously this is hard to manage with a sandpit and pond area but maybe some signage about not mixing so every child can enjoy the activity / fresh water and sand? But if that’s the only feedback I can give you can see how great this place is! So excited to keep using this facility with my littlies!

Absolutely incredible place. My 9 year old daughter, 2 year old son and 18 month old nephew absolutely loved it. The role play rooms are amazing, the garden is fantastic and the facilities are well kept and really clean. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. Honestly couldn’t fault a thing.

Second time visiting Alert Imagination and I highly recommend it. Such a lovely safe, fun and stimulating venue for your little ones to explore. My 2 year old son loves the all areas of play especially the activity area. My 5 month old daughter loved exploring the sensory room. Aslo a lovely range of drinks and food for all. The areas were all clean and tables were cleaned and wiped down regularly by the staff. Highly recommend this for all.

Our little one really enjoyed Alert Imagination. There was so much for her to do and see- it was particularly nice that there was an outdoor section and she loved the building role play part and sensory room.  I would not fault the quality of what you are providing or the quantity. However it was a bit cramped in places and not much room for the ride on toys. Not sure how you can change this as you are obviously limited by the space you have… it might help once soft play is open though. But great to have in Ashby as it is really needed.

I brought my Grandson yesterday for the first time and we both had a lovely time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming.  We loved the garden and all the different rooms with the fire station and builders yard being particular favourites. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the little cafe served lovely coffee with a great variety of healthy snacks ( plus a few naughty treats) as well as.Would highly recommend a visit and we will definitely be back.

This little place is absolutely perfect. We came with friends, on the morning session. And it was amazing, my 18 month old had a blast, especially the outdoor area. He loved playing with all of the water and kitchen aids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What a fantastic little place to have locally! My daughter is 20 months old and she loved it. She spent ages with the water play outside and loved exploring each role play area. The activity room is also a great addition, we did biscuit decorating - a big hit! We are looking forward to coming again to see the soft play area too. Me and my son went on Saturday and had the most amazing time! So glad Ashby has got something like this. The staff member I spoke to was lovely and very helpful. I defiantly want my son’s 2nd birthday there. Highly recommend.

Its lovely to see something new in Ashby and its obviously very popular. 6 or 7 different themed parts indoors and a lovely set up outdoors. Nice to see a multi sensory room too for under 1's. 
It is a little cramped which is a shame, but given the layout of the building its difficult to accommodate everything succesfully. Tight with a buggy if you have a toddler and a baby so better if you can use a carrier or sling. Refreshments were varied and something for everyone. Just a suggestion, if the refreshments were either at the bottom or even where the craft room was it might be easier to go to and from. Also would allow for different layout of tables. Toilets and baby changing was upstairs so having to trek upstairs whilst you have a toilet training toddler was good for upping your fitness and step count but im not sure they could be accommodated anywhere else. 

All in all, we had a lovely afternoon. Thank you .

Fist time  visiting and we really enjoyed particularly the inside. Even though the place is quite new the outside area (particularly the kitchen) were very dirty with sand everywhere. I know there is a sand pit but the kitchen wasn’t great as a result. Can the sand pit be moved? All in all it was a good space and very well priced

Lovely role play village with added bonuses of a sensory garden, sensory room, gaming corner, craft room and a cafe! Took my four children to Alert Imagination ranging from 3 months to 8 years and there was something for all of them! My 3 year old couldn’t decide what to do first! My older boys loved the gaming corner and the craft room. We also had a really nice breakfast too! The lady in charge was very kind and friendly. We’ll definitely be returning in the future! Thanks!

We visited for the first time yesterday with myself, my 2 year old and 7 year old. The centre was beautifully clean and staff were so friendly. The craft area was perfect and gave the children a change from the role play should they wish. My youngest loved the role play area and the outside too, there is so much to explore. My seven year old was thrilled at the games section and even made friends and they all played lovely together. This meant the centre is perfect for a mix of ages for siblings as there is something for them all! Thank you, we will be back

Such a fabulous place for adults and kids. The children are safe (controlled gate) with plenty of toys and crafts to enjoy. Nice selection of food/snacks and drinks too. The lady who owns it was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back!

My daughter absolutely loves it here, she normally wants to spend much longer than the 2 hour slots so we end up doing the all day ticket. There's a massive variety of things to do here, and I'd thoroughly recommend it for anyone needing to keep a toddler/pre-schooler occupied for the day.

What a lovely little place! The lady who greeted us (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. While the space is a bit on the smaller side, she mentioned they’re working on expanding with upstairs and downstairs areas, which is exciting. 
One of the standout features was the facilities for babies — not many places offer this, and it was a huge relief. It really felt like a home away from home.

The whole vibe was warm, cozy, and inviting, and I genuinely felt I was relaxed and enjoy the time there. 
I would 100% come again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.
